These property development projects are across a range of sectors and locations and form the basis of our commercial real estate debt (CRED) funds, which aim to provide investors with attractive, risk-adjusted returns.

The team is led by Giles Borton and Nick Goh, who co-founded Bass Capital in 2016. Giles and Nick have held senior roles with global funds management companies and investment banks and, collectively, bring almost 50 years of institutional-grade experience to the team.
